In order to establish a client’s exact level of English, we ask everyone to complete our Diagnostic Test.  This takes about an hour of your time, and we ask that you complete it without any assistance - either from tutors, friends or using a dictionary.

In addition, if there is time, we ask that you write a little about yourself on an A4 sheet of paper, accompanied by an audio tape. This gives our tutors a more complete picture of your language skills - grammatically, writing and speaking. We are therefore able to ensure that the tuition we provide for you is tailored very precisely to concentrate on the areas in need of improvement.

Should you wish to simply establish your level of English, before deciding on a course, we are happy to mark the Diagnostic Test on receipt of a payment of £35.00. The Diagnostic Test is in four sections, which you may download to complete offline. You must be online when submitting each section after completion.
